Since opening in 1995, the Duke Energy Center has been providing major entertainment for Ohioans. Additionally, the center houses two indoor public plazas; Acrosstown Commons and Milano Patio Café, as well as the Washington Park Amphitheater, an outdoor venue capable of hosting up to 5,000 people. The space provides both local events as well as large conventions or shows that attract global talent across a variety of genres.
In addition to its entertainment offerings, the Duke Energy Center has also been temporarily renamed 550 South Tryon and focuses on workforce development programs. The building is an amazing place to get a taste of the energy sector, with its large square footage and its many attractions.

As night falls, enjoy live music or take a culinary tour through Over-the-Rhine–an area filled with historical buildings that have come back to life. Enjoy an MLB game at Great American Ball Park or stroll around Smale Riverfront Park with its lush gardens and lighted walkway along the river's edge.
